How many times.

How many times I will stop doing what I love to do and instead be umotivated and lazy. How many times I have to be perfectionist about the posts I write, videos I make and not be decisive and secure about the content I make. How many times I have to be insecure and have social anxiety whenever I step out of my home. How many times I need to fail in order to make it. How many times I have to do the things that make me sad. How many times I need to do something in order not to be scared of doing that. How many times I will worry about stupid things like 'the time is going is fast, and I'm doing nothing.'

When I will be able to be actually myself and not worry. Maybe when I move out from this shitty town and these shitty people. I don't know.

  4. You have to find incentives to motivate you doing things. I sometimes feel like spending the whole weekend just watching netflix, but I then I think about how cool it would be if I would write a new post on my blog, or if my house would be spotless, or if I would go for a walk on the seafront. And that motivates me.

  5. Whenever I feel lost, I always try to look at the bigger picture of things. Sometimes, no matter how much we want things to be perfect and we get the results that we want, we`ll still want for better results.

  6. Sometimes, what we all need is new environment that can restore the optimism in us. I've been lost so many times and tried to look for a new place until I found where I truly belong. :)

  8. Whenever I get lost and feel myself less motivated, I go for running. It helps me in getting positive and enjoy little things in life as watching sunrise or sunset or playing with the undulating waves at the beach!

  13. when you think positive. happy, loving thoughts, there's a different chemistry that goes into your body than when you think depressing. negative, anguished thought. the way you decide to think has dramatic effect on your chemistry and on your physiology
